Hi everyone!  I’ve been on WW for almost 5 months now.Hi everyone! I’ve been on WW for almost 5 months now. The first 3 months were great, I lost 30 pounds during that time and I had tons of momentum. Then the holidays happened, I enjoyed myself but maintained. For the past 1. 5 months though, I’ve just been fluctuating in the same 1-3 pound range. Lose a little, gain it back, lose a little, gain a little. It’s maddening! I’ve stuck to the plan and have tried eating all my weeklies, not eating all my weeklies, adding exercise, but its like my body does NOT want to let the fat go. What have you done to break through a plateau? Any tips or tricks?

Ugh. No tips because I am in the same spot. It is frustrating! I've been on WW for a year and I have lost 63 Lbs (8 of that was the month before I joined). But now I am down to losing 1-2 lbs per month. :( I am folly this to see what others suggest.

Been there done that also! Like your body just put the brakes on and won't co-operate with the plan. I found more exercise, water and less points! Good luck

Sometimea pur bodies get stuck in a rhythm. Change the pattern. Switch up your menu, switch up your exercise. Stick to the plan and keep tracking

Keep going! Sound like you're doing everything right. Your body may have put you into "starvation mode" thinking food is scarce. Keep working it, the losses will resume.

Switch plans try new foods drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep. The sleep is always my biggest issue but I lose better when I sleep better

Same here! The holidays derailed me I gained back 7 lb of the 35 I'd lost and I have just had a really hard time getting back in the swing of things. But I am working on it, hoping it will click again soon!

Stay on plan but try lifting weights. Sometimes your body needs a jolt to reset.
