Hi everyone! I’ve been on WW for almost 5 months now.Hi everyone! I’ve been on WW for almost 5 months now. The first 3 months were great, I lost 30 pounds during that time and I had tons of momentum. Then the holidays happened, I enjoyed myself but maintained. For the past 1. 5 months though, I’ve just been fluctuating in the same 1-3 pound range. Lose a little, gain it back, lose a little, gain a little. It’s maddening! I’ve stuck to the plan and have tried eating all my weeklies, not eating all my weeklies, adding exercise, but its like my body does NOT want to let the fat go. What have you done to break through a plateau? Any tips or tricks?
