Question

My smart notifications trial is coming to an end, and when I try to subscribe to Single camera Premier package (I only have 2 cameras) it shows the pricing but there's no selection option for it? Only Multi-camera?

These are the only 2 screens I have available to click on, even though it says “check out single camera plans” on the above screen.

Callled Support; they say the single camera option only comes up when the trial period expires

You should be able to buy the single camera packages. I had to when I had seven cameras and had to buy two additional singles

Under "compare plans" i see it, but when I click on Subscriptions all i see is the 2 multi-camera plans?
