Hi Folks, I'm planning on powering my Pro 2 cameras, but I'm looking for a suitable USB cable (with the sealing boot. ) I'm using USB adapters that will be in a dry location, so it's just the camera end that needs the boot. Any suggestions? Like this, but hopefully not as expensive, Thanks

I use a couple of the official outdoor power supplies, they have fixed cables with the correct rubber gaskets on the camera end, but they may not be long enough for you. The power brick end must still be protected from water.

@acre Thanks, I'm using 12 volt QC 3. 0 USB adapters in my attic space, so I just need the USB portion.

Wasserstein make outdoor cables, but I've not had great experience with them (they stop working after a year or so of random weather) hence the official adaptors.

Amazon has plenty. Just make sure it has the right end. I've bought many 40 and 50 ft lengths

Too many reports of 3rd party ones leaking. Stick to OEM unless they're well protected under eaves etc

@terrie Thanksng As far as I can tell, Arlo does not make a USB-only cable for my use case. Perhaps I'll seal up the connection with a bit of silicone or teflon tape

Probably better than not doing it but I'd worry about voiding the warranty

Vaseline works great too. After the cable is plugged in, of course.
