I have two arlo PRO 2.

I have two arlo PRO 2. They both have lost their motion detection. They are two days old. I have to really wave my arms to get them to ”notice” me. Sensetivity is at highest. I tried almost every tip in the forum. Any ideas before I return them?

Remove them via the app. Pull the batteries for 2 minutes. Reinsert battery of one camera. Sync. Repeat for second camera. Edit mode and rules to adjust sensitivity

Is the sensitivity set in the armed mode?

Is this an issue with motion ACROSS the field of view vs straight on motion?

They're meant to be used for motion going ACROSS the camera screen.
