I'm new here and found you all because I was searching for any info about the problems I'm having right now. When I got up on 2/29/2020, I could not access my account and all of my cameras / base station were showing offline. If I power everything down and bring it back up, it'll stay on line for a few minutes. Then it says the cameras are offline, but the base station is not. I am able to interact with the base station via the app and even reboot it remotely. I had to reset my password to get into my account. Clicking on the library page in the app on my phone pulls up an add to upgrade that I cannot clear. I can get into the library on a computer. Once I was in I found that all previous recordings were gone. I have 5 local friends with Arlo. One other person is having similar issues to mine. Both of us have the original HD cameras and do not pay for the upgraded service from Arlo. I've had these for about 3 years and love them, so I want to get them working again ASAP. Any thoughts or anyone else having issues? Help!
