Arlo Ultra.  Just purchased 3 camera system over the weekend.Arlo Ultra. Just purchased 3 camera system over the weekend. Two of my cameras are working fine but on my 3rd camera the battery dies out completely over night. I tried resetting the system, taking out the battery and removing/re-adding the camera. Anyone else having the same issue?

I had something similar. I found an article on the Arlo forum that said to remove the battery > plug in the camera power cord > reinstall the battery with the power to the camera connected. This resets the battery. It worked for me.

Is it dying overnight because it's recording all night?

@terrie Thanksng Only had 11 alerts on this particular camera in the last 3 days. Finally got a hold of Arlo tech support. They had me swap this camera with the one that works fine. We shall see what happens tomorrow morning.

Yeah, that was going to be my next suggestion. 1. Swap the position of this camera with one of the others to determine if it's a location/range issue Then failing that 2. Swap the battery from a good camera with this camera's battery to determine if it's a battery or a camera issue. Hope you manage to sort it (Y)
