Hello I have basic 3 camera system having issue with two of the cameras one goes off every two minutes the other won’t record nothing any advise? Thanks

I would do the following: Reboot base station then reboot cameras. If not fixed then verify settings in arlo app for camera/motion setting settings. Then maybe try remove/readd the camera.

Have you adjusted the motion sensitivity for the camera that goes off too frequently? For the camera that doesn't trigger at all, is that never at all even if you wave your hand a few inches in front of it?

@terrie Thanksng yes I adjusted to zero and still goes off and the other one I wave my hand in front and nothing

@jamille9 the one triggering all the time, does it have audio detection enabled? Can you remove the battery from the non detecting one and then put the battery back in?

One of my cameras did that yesterday, I had to delete it from the base and resync it.
