Hello, thank you for the add. I just purchased my Arlo Pro 2 system last month. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to download segments of the cvr footage? I called Arlo and they said I couldn't, but it would be available on my phone for 30 days. That doesn't make sense. I need to keep it longer and forward suspicious activity to others. I did see the USB drive in the back of the base and it does download motion activity clips, but I would like to keep cvr segments as well. Having an issue with a neighbor and need evidence! Thanks in advance.
