I have a Pro 2. Working fine but I noticed the battery was at 29% and before I could replace it, I got the "offline" notice. I replaced the battery with a fresh fully charged one. When I went to add the camera, I placed it next to the base, opened the app and followed the directions. Once I pushed sync the blue light start flashing on the camera and on the base but it never synced. Not sure what to try next.

@euphemism49 easiest thing to try is turn off your base station. Turn off your Wi-Fi router /access point. Turn on your router. Wait for a good Wi-Fi signal. Turn on your base station. Wait for 3 green LEDs on base station. Try and sync camera

Steve: I did as you suggested: unplug base from power then unplugged router. Waited. Powered up router and waited for good signal. Powered up base station (solid blue light; base has only single light). Tried to sync camera (using app ) but again no luck. This time it did at least give me a message that no camera could be found. BTW I put the battery (fully charged) in the camera then did the sync attempt. The camera was next to the base and they were both blinking blue during the sync attempt. Any other suggestions? Thanks
