Okay, my email links to Arlo come up expired. I want to pay for cloud service but can’t contact them! What’s up with that?

After signing up with Arlo, they sent an email with links. I was riding out mu free trial, When I tried the links, they were dead.

Cloud storage for 7 days is free so are u trying to het the premium package

I am unable to access my Arlo account online. They opened a case number and have yet to reply.
