Purchased an arlo ultra today. I've download the app, got the smart hub connected and updated but I cannot get the cameras to pair at all. Any tips or ideas?

Is the blue LED in the front of the camera slowly flashing while you try to add it in your app? Have you already added the SmartHub to the app first?

Only if I press the sync button on the camera itself

@defaulter7869 ok. So having added the SmartHub to your app already, press the sync button on the camera and get the blue LED flashing slowly. Go to the app and click Add Device and select the Ultra camera. Follow instructions to sync. Repeat for other cameras
