I bought an Arlo pro 3 - installed 2 outside cams last week . I am on the 3 month free cloud trial . Everything was working fine . Live , motion recording to the library , playback . Then , sat night around 11:45 pm , suddenly no more motion recording to the library ( both cams ) . i have reset the base , the internet and removed and re-installed the cam batteries . Suddenly the system just stopped recording. Again , live view seems fine. But I now have zero recording functions . I’m a first time user . Any suggestions would be very helpful . Could the base have just gone bad ? I
