Giving it a last chance here before I turn it back to the store ! Can’t get the cameras to sync. have tried all tips I’ve found with no luck . Have 2 Arlo PRO 2 cameras and a one led base station. The BT is online and have tried resetting and also restarted the BT with the Ethernet cable connected before power. When I push sync the camera flashes blue also the BT starts flashing but with a higher pace. After about to minutes camera flashes orange and so does the BT for a few secs before it stops. Following the instructions in the app, but it’s just trying to identify BT and after the lights stopped blinking the app goes back to “press sync” on camera. The BT goes back to solid blue light. Have tried taking batteries in and back on the cameras . So , is there anymore tips on getting them to work or should I just go back an make a complain?

I think if your using your phone to set it up, I want to say you have to have bluetooth on and connected to same wifi network as your arlo

@epochmaking4 that is always a possibility. Have you tried contacting ARLO?

@softfinned Yes , sent mail via the web and waiting for someone to come back . The chat seems not to work and no answer on fb.

The base and app work independently with your internet connection. So let's turn off the base. Delete the app from your phone. Delete cache and history. Restart your phone. Install the app.

@epochmaking4 OK. Thanks. Holding the sync button down. The camera should be blinking blue. Have you seen it

@epochmaking4 which model base are you using.

@epochmaking4 OK ty. So try using a PC instead of the app to install the system. Hold the sync button for 10 seconds, you'll hear a click. The camera is reset

Reset & remove the base station, re-add the base station, then try to add the cameras, that’s the only thing I can think of. Call arlo and get them to help you or get a replacement unit. I have that unit with arlo pro 2 and original cameras working just fine and also an older base station with the original cameras working no issues.
