I sent a message to the customer service but maybe they are not working because I haven’t heard back. I have an Arlo ultra that is about 10 months old. One battery is already dead and wont accept a charge anymore and today i got a notice that a second one is has a low charge. These cameras are plugged into lights that come on at night so they are charged each night after working off battery during the day. Is charging it daily an issue or do i have a bad battery?

Use messenger on Facebook. I’ve had good communication that way. Sorry I can’t answer your light question. Good luck.

I'd be inclined to leave them powered full time and get the benefits of doing so

It shouldn’t affect them as I have 2 of my ultra plugged in constantly to the solar panel I brought for them

The camera that is plugged in 24/7 is fine but the camera that is plugged in at night and not during the day is killing the battery.

My Arlo Ultra charging brick became defective within my first year and they sent out a replacement because I couldn't charge my camera. They fixed my issue.

I complained and complained finally two months later they gave me a ticket number. And two months after that they called me and walked me through how to do what I needed.

Are you using the outdoor cables or the ones that came with it?
