We charge it up Put it back hooked up to the solar panel then a day later it’s says offline. Seems charged, was connected but not sure if its faulty? Even tried a different battery too so could the Solar panel?

Try rebooting your base station

Just had this happen. Try restarting/syncing the base. Couldn’t get it restarted, this is why I love Best Buy warranty, zero hassle.

Same problem. They work when they want to. I have restart the base station 10-15 times a day.

Not sure how many cameras you have. Are they al. l off line or just the one. If they are all offline, it usually is a problem with their cloud server. They seem to have constant problems with it. I get them that all my cameras are offline and my internet is totally fine. They return shortly. Did you try restarting your app to see what that did?

@sheathbill I have 5 plus doorbell and just that one we switched the batteries so maybe the camera. It’s works but then I think the solar panel could be an issue

I have had issues with a solar panel in the past, but it simply did not charge the battery and actually seemed to drain the battery faster. I replaced the solar panel and it solved my problem. You could try just running it with battery for a bit and see if the problem still occurs.
