Question

Has anyone else found the wrong charger packed with their Arlo Pro 2? I was trying (and failing) to charge for the first time. After some experimentation, I found that the specified charger is not the one that was included in my set.

I have had to return 2. They just stop working.

This one doesn't work at all because it is the wrong one--5V instead of 9V.

Just bear in mind that the charger normally and initially outputs 5V. Only when Qualcomm 3. 0 QC circuitry is detected does it ramp up the voltage to 9V

When I looked at a replacement on the Arlo site, it was completely different. Mine does not have the lightning bolt and is a different part number.

I did have a bad one and they sent me a new one NC.
