Hey guys, I just purchased the pro 3 flood light camera 2 days ago. The picture is turning green and the image is all messed up. I tried resetting the internet and the base station (pro 2 station) but didn't fix it. Also changed the video setting from the best to the optimized setting still didn't fix. Maybe internet speed? Base station, due to it being a pro 2 station? Just wanted to check hear before I called them. Or tried to exchange it. Thanks

Have you tried connecting it directly to your wifi router / AP?

@terrie Thanksng the base station? Yes it's plugged directly to it. I have a modem and a separate wifi router.

@terrie Thanksng I'm getting an upload of 11. 31 and download of 123. If it makes a difference?

@patent92532 restart your Wi-Fi router. Wait for it to give you data on your phone again. Then reset the base station. Wait for it to restart and reconnect to everything. Then see how it goes. It sounds like an interference or a range issue

@terrie Thanksng I will try when I get home. The camera says it has two bars. I had a pro 2 camera in the same spot that I replaced with this one and that one worked great. Now the camera doesn't matter with WiFi distance correct? It's distance from the base station that matters right?

The Pro 3 Floodlight camera is able to either connect to a base station or directly to your wifi router. Base station is better if you want local storage backup but if the range to the base station is too far and your wifi is closer and stronger, I'd connect direct to wifi

How do I connect it to wifi?

Now that you've connected to your base station, you'd have to remove the device from your account. You'd then have to take the camera out of the housing the press the sync button for 10 seconds til the blue LED flashes orange instead of blue. This indicates a hard reset. Then the LED will start flashing blue again slowly to indicate sync mode. In your app, add a new device, pro 3 floodlight. At the bottom of the page listing your base station it should say something about connecting without a base station. You'll then get prompted to enter your wifi network credentials. This will generate a QR code. While the blue LED is flashing slowly on the front of the camera, hold the QR code in front of it until you hear a bling sound. The app will then find the floodlight cam once it connects to your wifi network. Once that happens, you name your floodlight camera and then it'll be in your devices list. The only real difference is that the floodlight cam will have its own mode instead of being in your basestation

One day and seems to be working! I have the orbi set up for wifi and moved the base station a little closer to the camera. I disconnected the camera from the base station and re connected it. Everything seems to be working perfectly. I also moved the base station 8-9 feet away from the wifi router (I was reading it could cause interference if they're close together). Thanks for the help @terrie Thanksng
