Try going to settings>subscription and add the cameras to your subscription. If that fixes it, arlo is crap. You pay for it, it should work.

Floodlights have a 3 month trial - so he will automatically get a subscription for those devices

@disharmony yeah, so it should be automatic. He's paid money for a good/service and it's not not doing what he thought he was paying for. Arlo offered product A, took his money and gave him product B. Dodgy and illegal by so many consumer laws.

That's a separate subscription? I'm already paying $100 for +10 cameras

Bought two flood lights and the light bridge

@cambrian5 it is counted as part of any Arlo Smart subscription

@disharmony that's a relief if I don't have to pay more a year

Have you tried manually adding g them to a subscription? Did it work? We know arlo can see the cameras, that's why they appear but they are being blocked by something in the software. So I assume it's subscription?

I'll check it out when I get home thanks

Oh ok, didnt mean to work you up into a consumer rage. I just had a bad experience where arlo booted my cameras from the subscription and I had to manually add them back again. Was a software glitch that I would have hoped was solved by now.

No worries. I updated the bridge and lights firmware yesterday

@cambrian5 OK, my bad. I thought you were talking about the brand new Pro3 Floodlight product that was launched last week. I believe (because you're talking about the bridge) then you're talking about the Arlo Security Lights product. This doesn't require or even count towards your subscription.
