Anyone with more then 5 Arlo Ultra unable to record ? Arlo support is saying that the reason I am having difficulty is because I have 12 Arlo ultra cameras

I have 20 on two hubs but 10 are q’s. No problems.

Can you click Settings > Subscription and make sure it says "12 of 12 cameras participating"? If not, click Manage Cameras and then drag the cameras into Active

Where is your problem with recording? Are they not detecting motion and recording? Are you asking why there's no record icon available while live streaming?

In the devices tab, does the motion icon for each camera display in black or is it greyed out?
