Recently got Arlo Pro 3, it alerts me when someone is in the drive but it doesn't record anyone getting out or dropping packages. Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong?

Usually it's a combination of the motion sensitivity setting and the camera positioning. What's the sensitivity set at? Can you post a screenshot of what the camera is looking at?

@austronesia your signal to the camera is poor. Could that be it?

Motion detection works best with side to side movement so you might try relocating the camera.

@areola I have two cameras in the front setup to record when either detects motion.

@bulahbulawayo what he's saying is Arlo's detect motion best when the motion comes into frame from the sides rather than moving toward or away from the cameras.

Hopefully, this helps. The camera is under the eaves at what seems photographically, a weird angle but it works great for picking up motion coming up the walkway and covers the porch to keep track of packages. Surveillance is different from photography, as I learned through trial and error.
