Question

I’m experiencing some difficulty with one of my cameras. I took it down to charge and when I put it back up I turned it on to see the picture and all I got was the “Connecting” spinning wheel which never loaded the live video. I unplugged my station and plugged it back it and now it says only that camera is listed as “offline. ” Any tips on how to get this particular camera back online? This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten the “connecting” spinning wheel that never loads. So frustrating, luckily it wasn’t in dire need to be loaded! Thanks!

Have you taken the battery out and put it back in?

When my week old system said this, I left it for a couple if hours. All connected again.
