Has anyone’s cameras completely stopped detecting motion? We can view them live but they stopped detecting motion and the library is not gathering anything. We are not on property. Customer service is unable to help.

Maybe reboot your base station from the app.

@cookbook42 I’ve tried that

It’s getting late here in Australia so my concentration is slow but go to each camera in the app and tap on video settings, wait for the green rotating thingy to finish and change to the present pic. This might “wake” the camera up. ‍♀️

I had one Pro camera that was doing this a few months ago. A battery pull reset of the camera fixed it. Sorry you aren't on site with the camera

@terrie Thanksng while I was there, I did pull the batteries and “resynched” them and they worked for a day and then we left and they stopped detecting the motion. The purpose of buying them was to watch over our property while we weren’t there. I spent hours with customer service who couldn’t help. I thought I’d ask here to see if just maybe someone else had the same issue that somehow got resolved. I so want to love my Arlo products!

I also have cameras in a remote location and have had them for years. Never had a problem with those ones. Hope you find a solution but it's hard to troubleshoot remotely
