Question

Deos anyone know why I lost the day date stamp when I rotate phone to landscape ? Also why it would then also turn to library format . Been about 6 weeks now . Arlo claims it to be software issue . Tried everything they recommended over and over . Wifes Iphone doesnt have this issue . My new s10e didnt do it at first but then 4 days later it went bad .

Mine has done the same thing since there last updated. I reported it just like the other problems I am having. They run me through all the nonsense of resetting everything and still does the same thing. They need better software programmers that know what they are doing.

Been pulling my hair out with the customer support . Absolutely the worst I have ever encountered . Not worth the money they charge for the system . Hanging on a thread for a fix . Im about to bring this mess back to Best Buy and make them give me my money back . When it works its a ok system . @chitin when did you notice the problem . It was 12/25 for me .
