I'm thinking of purchasing Arlo ultra any thoughts?

Depends what features you need/want. Remember that Pro 3 and Ultra require monthly fee for cloud storage (unlike Pro 2 which includes 7-Days rolling free). The Ultra’s 4K video cannot be viewed live when away from the home/business (shown as 1080p) The cloud also does not save 4K video unless you pay extra too.

We choice Ultra for the clearer vision over the pro3. Yes you get a year free subscription but at the end we knew we would have to pay which is fine cos the aMount of storage needed for some video would be large. I like u could plug a hard drive into the 3 - can’t do it with ultra SD card.

I couldn’t ever tell the diff in the ultra or pro3 my pro 2s are extremely clear day or night
