I am only getting alerts from one of my Arlo cameras and the other 3 aren’t showing anything being recorded for the past week. We have been in those areas. They are wireless and the batteries are charged. I have reset them and reset the base. I have also deleted my app and downloaded again. Do y’all have any other suggestions?

Maybe restart your internet router?

I complained to Arlo about this over a month ago. They said their team will look into it. They swear they test their software and firmware before they release it. I have my doubts

@looney6496 in all honesty- a hardwired system would be 100% more reliable. These cameras are the worst I’ve ever seen. Waste of £1000 I have spent.

Make sure that the activity zones arent overlapping per camera and no more than 2x activity zones per camera

@retrograde94824 thank you and I double checked that doesn’t seem to be the problem either. I have had these for 2 years and they have worked fine up until now.

@looney6496 i had similar issue and it was due to the activity zones overlapping
