We just installed 2 cameras and the one on the garage at the back of the house is detecting motion but the one at the front of the house is not. I have checked every possible place on the app to fix this and also went on the support site and we cannot figure it out. Sorry if this question has been asked before, but any advice?

Do you have the camera directly facing the driveway or do you have it set up on the side facing your driveway

@lesseps McCulogh it is located to the right of our door facing the driveway

@uncut how far away is that?

@lesseps McCulogh It is around 40 feet from the driveway and two feet from the door

@uncut this might sound weird, flip the camera up side down and rotate the recording screen 180 degrees

Hi. Can you please check and maybe send screenshots of the Mode and Rules pages? You want to make sure that the rule for the non-recording camera actually says to record on motion detection and that a rule exists for that camera
