Paid off kids/husband's birthdays, hockey tuition, camp tuition, new fridge, floor and counters/sink in our kitchen to give it a much needed facelift. (Hubby did all the work so no labor costs). We are cc debt free - only home and cars left.

We put a chunk towards our car loan because it’s our final piece of debt! But we used the rest to get new tires for my car and my husbands Harley, put $1, 000 in our kids savings accounts, and pulled $1, 200 for a cash envelope for dates for the year so that money isn’t the reason we don’t focus on our marriage

We put $1000 in savings, paid off 3 credit cards, paid off a personal loan, and put $300 back for our daughter bday. We have about 2500 left over and we’re going to pay off as much of our large cc as we can. Slowly moving toward being debt free!

Tax refund is coming. Should we pay the whole amount on our largest card to get the $350 minimum payment down.or should we split it up and pay off ALL of our smaller cards (some of which are behind and we’re starting to get a lot of collections calls) The refund would be enough to pay off all of our small debts, but it wouldn’t leave any to touch the biggest debt with that huge minimum payment and high interest rate.
