Okay! After reading lots of posts I’ve realized that I pay way too much for our phone bill.Okay! After reading lots of posts I’ve realized that I pay way too much for our phone bill. $225 a month for just me and my husband. That’s too much isn’t it? We have unlimited text/call/internet but I feel like it’s still a lot. We have ATT. Debating on whether or not to switch to T-Mobile or maybe another one? Anyone have any advice on how to cancel a service. I’m terrible at calling ATT and complaining about their service but we really struggle paying that every month. Help!

Try Xfinity mobile. I have it. It’s contract free. I was paying about 70 for my phone and unlimited everything. I paid off my phone so now it’s around $35. So double that and that’s what you two would pay. You also have access to all the Xfinity hotspots and I live in a city where they are all over I also got a brand new iPhone XR last year when I switched.

We switched to T-Mobile from Verizon. Verizon was not unlimited and was ridiculous like 250 a month. T-Mobile is unlimited everything plus they pay Netflix and it’s 140 exactly a month. Plus they have some promotion now where you get 2 new iPhones and it’s like 90 a month.

That’s too much! Even for unlimited. You can look on the app and check but I just looked recently for my husband and I and I think it was going to be about $150. We are not paying on any phones, have 5 gigs I think and with discounts I’m only paying $90/mo

We are around $160/mo with one phone being paid off, usually around $120/mo without it. We do not have unlimited. See how much dated you’re using, unlimited isn’t always worth it unless you’re truly going over their data limits on other packages.

lol I usually go to the stores for what I need done cell wise. They at least have an inkling of what you’re requesting/needing. The reason I say CS is bad is because lots work strictly from a script and if not answered will either tell you something or leaving you hanging. If you don’t agree with what they’re saying ask for a manager/supervisor or keep calling until the give you some type resolution or at least understand. Lol the last time I called about my internet I got rep from out of the country we urge a script.

My husband and I have flash wireless that uses sprint towers or att towers, depending which plan you choose. On the sprint side there is 2 line family plan for $90 per month. It has unlimited talk, text and data! You pay wayyyyy too much!

Just ask around people who live in your area how the service is. I switched to t mobile and regret it big time because I’m my area the LTE is SO BAD. I’m tempted to pay out my brand new iPhone 11 just so I can switch to tello because sprint network is great in the area.

So many comments so I apologize if this has been said but if you’ve been with them a long time they do have a loyal customer program and they can transfer you. I saved a ton got it down to $237 and we had 6, now 4 lines. Unlimited everything and hbo. The issue originally for us was the payments on all the phones (some family members kept breaking and losing their phones ♀️) that jacked up the bill. Once they were all paid off and I dropped 2 lines I ended up at $187 unlimited for 4 lines. I’d think 2 would be cheaper

That’s reasonable for an unlimited plan with internet. Internet on its own can cost anywhere from $50-$125/mo. Unless the internet you referenced was just cellular, not for your home as well?

I called ATT before making any changes. We are paying for HotSpot I didn't even know and we don't use. So they cut that out. Hopefully that works out for us! I think we will stay for one more paying cycle. If it really does go down then I guess we will just go from there month to month.
