I think that depends on what your budget looked like before. If your income was 8k a month or 3k a month makes a big difference.

@ahoy98 my take home used to be $2400 on the high end. Now high end it will be like $1800

@feinstein59 ok that’s 25% if your income. I would definitely cut out what you can and cut back where you can.

@ahoy98 I'm going to be calling and seeing If I can do budget billing for some of my things but my biggest concern is my rent is $725.

Honestly the last couple months moneys been rough but my husband and I have gotten some food at Dollar General before and it's been perfectly fine. If there's a Dollar Tree near you I suggest getting your non perishables there, check the dates of course- just like a regular grocery store. but i've had luck there!

@hemocyte I only pay for internet so I dont go over my cell phone data. And I have Netflix only for the kids. Debating on canceling my amazon prime

Cut back, find out what Bill's can be changed for due dates, pay Bill's in increments, ask for help if you need it. .

If you lose $600 then you need to cut back $600. Get rid of any bills that are not necessities, ring providers to see if you can lower the ones that remain etc Also pick up side hustles, sell stuff in the house

See if you can reduce your grocery budget some, cancel some monthly subscriptions if possible, see if you can lower car insurance/ cable if you have either. Also if your income is low enough you can see if you qualify for your gas to be under a certain amount
