It’s something you have to pay for that the receiver is going to throw away. Use what you have.

@gebelein for my ACTUAL wedding invites, RSVP cards and thank yous. Yes. I put thought into it and got the love stamps lol  But I don't even know what my shower invites looked like. Let alone the stamps lol (I'm sure my mom showed me but it was 5 years ago so I have no memory of the invites lol)

If someone is upset about that they have more issues than you’d care to deal with!

I mean yes it’s tacky but you have to decide if tacky is better than spending more money.

Use them! I would never even notice them. Also, could you just do a private Facebook event? I did that for my sister in-law’s shower. Worked great!

It doesn’t matter. if people are going to criticize they can pay for whatever stamp they want. I am sure ur sister appreciates all ur doing without worrying about stamps!

No way man. If the post office will take it put them on their. Guests may get a giggle out of it. i love going to the post office and they ask me what kind of stamps i want. I tell them to give me the oldest ugliest ones they have.

Use the stamps! Many people have gone to evites which eliminates the need for stamps.

I still have post card stamps and $. 02 stamps in my wallet (they are becoming antiques lol) from when they were not forever stamps. I’d use the stamps!

Nope. Use whatever you’ve got. It’s a stamp. ‍♀️. If they take issue with the stamp they’ve got much bigger issues

Use em! Or post on your local buy and sell page and see if anyone has any regular ones to trade. Maybe someone stockpiles for Christmas cards but only has regular ones

Absolutely not! If you have family or friends that would even care then they are really shallow. I don't think I ever look at the stamps on any envelope.

Your average person is not going to look at stamps. If they do notice it will be super short term memory stuffs, like, "Neat. Christmas stamp. " and then they move on to the next thought process.

Wouldn’t even have given it a second thought, I doubt people receiving them would either. If they do, says more about them, in my humble opinion! What seems like a big deal to us doesn’t even register on other people’s radar. Have a great shower!

No, not tacky. Use what you have on hanf! Like others have said, I've not one noticed a stamp on something.
