So today I had a list of companies to call/go online to cancel, and other companies to call and see if we can possibly lower our bill like our internet and security. So I'm calling Spectrum and the guy is so freaking rude! It sucks because where I live, it's either Spectrum or At&t. I ended up cancelling our service and the rep has the nerve to tell me "you're really going to cancel over $10?! " Yes dude! Especially after his horrible customer service. He then also has to add that I can't cancel my service, and re sign up under my spouses name because that's illegal. I said nothing about doing that, did that have to be mentioned?! So odd. Anyone else have issues with their cable/ internet companies when trying to lower their bill?
