Right now my utility bill (electricity, water, sewer, trash, paramedic services) is due every other month between $360-435. I have the option to 1) switch to monthly billing and 2) level payments where they average the last year and set the payments. Any pros/cons to the level pay besides month 12 will be adjusted for any overages in the bill?
