Ladies who sell on Mercari. check your accounts- my whole account was wiped out. all my items. all my money. all my followers‍♀️ it’s all empty! Has this happened to anyone? ‍♀️

I just checked mine and it looks normal.

Wth. no I just check mine. it is still there but after I reach a certain amount I direct deposit. Did u contact Mercari support?

Check payout history or detail. maybe you can see where the money transfer to. hope u get it resolved.

Did u leave your app acct open? Perhaps your acct was hacked. I'm so sorry you're going through this.

I'd log out and log back in and see if that fixes it

Try logging out and logging back in or if it’s an app I would try deleting it and downloading it again.

That happened to me the other day but it was like I wasn’t logged in when I was. I logged out and logged back in and it was fine. Hopefully that’s the case with you.

Thank you everyone! I logged out and deleted the APP. Then downloaded and signed back in- IT WORKED! Transferred my $$. I normally transfer at $100 now I’ll transfer at $40! Thanks again for your help!
