@hasid9139 You can go straight to the Amazon website to search for their virtual positions. I found out about them hiring via www. ratracerebellion. com

I’m looking on their website for this position but can’t seem to come across it. Any suggestions on what to search?
by (1.1k points)
@hornswoggle Flores I’m not sure if the position is still open - you can filter your search by selecting virtual positions or work from home.

I got offered a job at amazon and then they never offered a schedule in my area and eventually took it back. Which made no sense because it’s virtual.

I've been watching the Amazon careers page & the only customer service remote positions I ever see are overseas, none in the US. My husband & I are both looking for remote jobs currently.

I did it for 2 years. It was great until the constant negativity wore me down. People only call to complain (of course) and I was making minimum wage. Even after getting performance raises, minimum wage would increase to where I was, so I was frustrated. I started full time seasonal and moved to what is called reserves and could choose my hours, which was perfect to work another job and balance out all the negativity. Of course, the month after I quit, they raised their minimum starting wage to $15. Of course they did!  As a company, I felt confident that my company had my back and they offered real solutions to appease customers. Also, they don't take fraud lightly and you could hand off the system abusers, so that was nice.

I applied at the beginning of March and this is all I have seen, no idea what it means because I never scheduled an appointment or got a call/email.

My cousin applied when they opened the application about a month ago. 16 and hour and she loves it. They allow overtime and sent her all the equipment. She doesn’t have any complaints so far and it’s pretty straight forward and a good leadership team when she has questions.

From a tech perspective, Amazon is one of the worst companies to work for. But that being said. If it can work for you in this economy a job is a job.
