Hi hi!  Is there anyone in this group that is from MA and went through the process of purchasing land and building a home?Hi hi! Is there anyone in this group that is from MA and went through the process of purchasing land and building a home? I'd really like to pick someone's brain but know that it can be different depending on where you live. We own a condo and would need to sell in order to buy land and build. We would have a place to stay in the meantime, but I'm not really even sure where to begin. Thanks!

I’m not from MA but we had a builder purchase land for us and then we closed on the land with home after it was completed. This way we were able to stay where we were. Not all builders are willing to do this but it’s worth a conversation.
