Question or advice: if I have savings of $5000 in cash, and uses that to pay off my debt, should I deposit it into my bank and pay my debt through online banking or paid it all off in cash only?

Anyone know how big the difference in credit scores.I have Credit Karma and it shows I have a 662 but I’m trying to get qualified and the lender came back saying my score is under 570?
