I just wash mine on a 30 wash then hang out to dry don't tumble dry it

A mix of hydrogen peroxide and vinegar and fairy ! Spray on the spots and scrub

I put mine on a 40 wash and all the (womans monthly) marks came out dry on the line or radiator, haven't tried it in the dryer yet
