Hi All, planning to spray the bathroom with Cillit bang mould spray, last time I did I felt ill after breathing in the spray. Does anyone else have this problem? Do you just use a dust mask? Any tips? Thanks

Dust mask is a good idea. Also open windows for max circulation and just do a bit at a time with a 5 min break inbetween each time. Good luck. X

Full of nasty chemicals even in a vented room. I'd certainly close the door so it doesn't spread to the rest of the house, and keep the window open. I'd just use lemon, white vinegar and bicarbonate of soda mixed into a paste, leave on for half hour (overnight better) and then scrub with an old toothbrush or scrubbing brush

Windows open and extractor fan too. Don’t use it for full bathroom just the bits with black mould to minimise the fume

Spray it early in morning and get out the house for a few hours. come back open window if not already open and rinse it all off x
