I'm an H. I've found that Freya is the best for a truly good fit, but be warned, it has no stretch at all and is basically like duck taping your boobs. It's nice because while secure all around, the cups are soft /non padded so your shape can fill them however there need and it eliminates spillover as long as you get the right size. Panache is also a fave of mine, but I wear those more because they are comfy and don't find them to be as much of a locked in secure/snug feel for true workouts. If you ever have the chance and don't mind paying a little more for a bra, I HIGHLY recommend taking a trip out to la bellisima in Crystal lake. She is amazing, stocks only quality and will fit you for shape, size and material to get the perfect bra for everything. Literally the best money spent.
