Change the header photo image and ask them to read the description but will be with limited success, if you want to reach out to them you’re going to have to pay for it

Because not everybody is on Facebook at the same time. it just doesn't work quite like that. Other factors determine audience % including the ad itself.

You can't, because it's not an email list that you can blast anytime you want, plus FB reduce the reach of your posts so not all of them will see the post. You can just pay FB if it's really worth it, plus you can filter who see the post/ad. The ages of free spam is gone, now you need to pay to get good traffic.
