I use email octopus. Its a technique of photo to txt ratio and a few other things. Usually a separate program. Google email send test

Yes, it's called giving value in your emails. Then of course if you really want to have 100% delivery rates you could just setup SPF, DMARC and DKIM email authentication. This ensures nobody can spoof your email and let's companies like Google know that you are in fact the original source and authentic email sender for your domain @name.
