Try users who have visited at least 3 product pages, or the top 25% of time spent on your site. exclude purchases :)

RT: initiate checkout segregated to 7, 14, 30 days and same with Added Payment Infos. these are much higher intent than even Abandoned Cart. Also make sure you’re running different ads for each time frame. 7, 14, etc.
