My E - Comm client wants to know, how we can confidently say that the recent purchase is through our campaigns? Because they did some dummy purchases and our FB Campaign collected them as our results. So, with even genuine purchases we are registering, client is looking at them with some hesitation. Please let me know from where we can assure them about the correct campaign purchases or through which medium we can get the confirmation of Purchases?            We have done Code implementation & Purchase Tag on Thank You Page already & FB is saying, We are all good with Pixel Setup.                                     Thanks in Advance.

You need to be using a 3rd party tracking software! they could be running traffic from 1000 different sources and if facebook keeps telling you every purchase is coming from Facebook or Google is saying the same thing and you have no idea that's a HUGE problem! you NEED to have your tracking in place and in order. really look into using a 3rd party tracking software. Facebook and GA are always off with their reports in my experience and this just happens to be why. with a 3rd party, you can track everything from every step in the funnel and which person came from which traffic source where the sales where the leads where everything came from where they drop off in the funnel, effectively and efficiently track each advertising platform I mean there's just so many benefits, just check your attribution window beforehand and hopefully it works out for you

Are you using UTMs? What other sources are they using to drive traffic?

@maury measuring ROAS within Facebook only is old news to me. I try and push all my clients to measure net ROAS because your FB ad could be one of the touch points but then Google takes credit cause they see your ad and then google it and then purchase through the Google Ad. Have you tried FBs attribution tool?

@torrietorrin629 This issue is also popping up since our client is using Google Ads at the same time. I'll try FB's Attribution tool. Thanks for the advice. I appreciate it very much.

I'd suggest checking your attribution window. Does it include view through conversions?

Ah, sweet. Owners of companies always get served their ads cause they're in your retargeting audience, and then they always show up as a view through conversion!
