I have a weird problem. I have this personal account (which is by default an advertising account) and a business manager with more advertising account. My personal account I don't use, actually I never used it, I just use my business manager which has several accounts for every market (based on country). Facebook "deactivated" my personal advertising account 2 days ago - while I didn't even use the goddamn thing. I wrote to them 2/3 times by now but I didn't even receive a reply. Usually they are much faster than this. To make it more frustrating, the ads in business accounts are running, but I cannot activate/or create new ads etc. I can change the budget but after I deactivate something - I am unable to reactivate it. And even worse - I cannot add anyone else to manage the ad accounts, what on the world can I do? :) Thanks for the help.
