#ask #help What can be done when FB is not spending retargeting ads? They're not even showing it to people.

This is we called campaign troubleshooting First try to increase your budget 2nd duplicate the existing campaign and off the first campaign let it run

Tried to fix it using different objective and FB is just not buying it. No spend at all

What objective do u run and how many people are there?

It may be a problem with your audience size

Most likely you don't have enough data for your pixel  either broaden your audience and activate "Detailed Targeting Expansion" in your audience. If it still dont give you enough audience - focus on more traffic for your website

If you're audience size is fine, then try to increase your bid by about 25-30%
