You’ve built authority in this group though. You’ve given back to the community. You’ve demonstrated your knowledge, you’ve invested time. That’s what a mentor/teacher does. And creates and fosters community. I would also assume you’re taking a holistic approach to what you’re going to offer as well, with strategy, not just tactics - which is the value you bring to the table.
