Hi guys - hope you’re all safe and doing well. I have a few questions I’d like to ask about outsourcing contractors for Facebook ads. I don’t want to post this on the job board yet because I’m not sure how to continue. My specialty lies in prospecting and sales. I have studied marketing and ads for several years but I want to outsource the media buying to an expert from the get-go. Here are my questions, I really appreciate your time. 1. When you sign on a client, (say they’re a cleaning company) what do you provide the contractor? Is it copy, images, videos where possible? I’m struggling to understand that gap between client and contractor. 2. Where do you guys find contractors? I know Fiverr/Upwork can be frowned upon with the latter being the best option. I know FB Groups can be good, too. 3. How can I best screen them so I know they’ll deliver results? How does the process even work if I’m from Paris and I outsource to Canada? Thanks in advance for the responses. I really appreciate your time and hope others are helped too.
Hi guys - hope you’re all safe and doing well.

First off, I would say hire the contractor before you close a client and if it's possible that they can be on the sales meeting make it happen.
The Facebook Ads Group is where you can always find questions, answers, advice, reviews & recommendations from other community members about running Facebook and Instagram advertising and marketing campaigns.
