Some Remarketing Audiences That's Been KRUSHING. (Most Ecom Brands Miss This) Just before we dive in — I want you to really look at your brand and think what phase is my customer in. Break it down and structure it. Will save ya TONS of time and headaches lol. SO… I will touch on 2things briefly - that’s Remarketing to warm and hot audiences, not all of them, but my TOP 2 that I have seen a ton of Ecom Brands miss out on…. Let’s dive in — === #1… People Who Have Viewed Your Product Page Two or More Times. I typically label this as “FQ =/> 2” in the Asset level. Why this audience has worked, well it’s what I do and tested over time…and it works. But let’s direct it: Person comes via an Ad for the 2nd or 3rd time. This means they are hella interest, just haven’t hit their objections or a motive for buying. This is where we like to use a combination of what I call the “3D COMBO” in our Ad copy and creative — Won’t get into it now, but it’s simply knowing that your marketing is all ALIGNED (Creative, Offer, Message, Brand, and Optimized Site). At this stage, you can use a discount or Free Product with purchase. They are ready to buy, just need to fill in the gap.  For example: === [ HEADLINE (DESCRIPTION) ] : (optional) Hey, noticed ya checked us out. ✅Take 15% OFF YOUR ORDER ✅ 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee  Over 100, 000+ Happy Customers ➡️DISCOUNT CODE: FB15 *Limited Time Only OR 72 HOURS ONLY* Just Use Code: FB15 This “X” product is amazing… I will buy again --- Verified Buyer (LINK) HEADLINE: 15% OFF with code: FB15 SUB-HEADLINE: NEW YEAR, NEW YOU SALE! === the elements you should pull out of this are having a clear and direct message/offer, risk-free, testimonial (or social proof your product works), and a limited time discount (scarcity, optional though) Works like a charm. === #2… People who’ve purchased your product at least ONE TIME. I typically label this as “PUR # of days ” in the Asset level. Some key info you need: What's your Repeat Purchase window? (30/60/90 days. ) 1 "Thank you video" and 1 "Post purchase follow up video" based on estimated delivery time Offer: 15% off, 20%+, Free X with Y Purchase So depending on the product you sell, your Purchase audiences will be significantly different. Here’s the flow I use most of the time: 7 day purchasers - Use a “thank you video” filmed by the Ecom brand owner(s) thanking the customer for their purchase and ensure them their product will get to them asap. No flashy equipment, they can use just their iPhone.  20 day purchasers (Based on Estimated delivery Time. ) - Use another video ad, stating that they hope they received their product and are enjoying it. Ask them to leave a review or film a testimonial. Bonus tip: Give them the chance to be featured on your brands page (people love it) or give a product that’s HIGH PERCEIVED VALUE, LOW COST. For example, a hair care brand might give a free soap product in exchange for testimonial. 30 day purchasers - DPA or still image (refill reminder) offering them a one time special customer only discount. Make them feel “exclusive” or “VIP. " 30 day purchasers+ - Throw them back into your cold audience. Dead/Expired Customers - These people those who are out of your “repeat purchase” window and need to re-engage them. Ad copy looks like this: "Preferred/VIP/ Customers Only OR Exclusive, Just For You! Come get 20% OFF your (related product)! This is only available for the NEXT X Hours. Take Advantage Of This Today! (LINK)" For Dead/Expired Customers: “ We Miss you OR It’s Been a While… Come back and get 15% OFF from your ENTIRE ORDER! Expires in 48 HOURS (LINK)” Anyways, hope this expanded what you are currently doing. Make those Retargeting ads and start testing. Keep KRUSHING ✊

For the 7 day purchasers, do you also send them an email with the video & personalized message? Even sending it thru a messenger bot would awesome
