Hey all, I have a friend who owns a business providing virtual assistant services to home health companies. He has 7 clients on retainer who all came as referrals from a rep he knows in the industry and now he wants me to help him get 1 or 2 new clients per month with FB ads. He's got a list of decision makers from 8 U. S. states (including email addresses) and his sales team will start cold calling them tomorrow. This would be my first FB ads client, so I'm willing to run his ads for free in exchange for a testimonial. Can I please get some advice on what strategy to use for getting this guy 1 or 2 clients per month? I really want to help him. I was thinking to start with a video for a brand awareness campaign, then retarget people who watched more than 50% with another video for a lead gen campaign. But then what? Lol. Your suggestions are appreciated.

Start with video engagement campaign for awareness. Meaning you set the campaign goal to thruplays. And then you retarget thruplays and 75% watched 7 days with a lead gen campaign (set it up as conversion campaign in FB though). Don’t forget to have a good email sequence in place for your lead sign ups. That should do the trick. I mean the sales team will do most of the job I recon to convert the leads. Try targeting your clients prospects by uploading their emails as custom audience and run your campaigns on them as well - this should help improve the sales teams conversion rate quite a bit. Also create a 1-3% LAL based on that and run your engagement campaigns there.
